A Consultative Approach

Our space solutions go beyond simply translating client requests into design.
Instead, we look beneath those requests to uncover the underlying business challenges they represent. By making those challenges—not the design itself—the ultimate objective, we identify and create the spaces our clients truly need.

Through in-depth consultation, we engage closely with each client’s challenges to uncover the most critical underlying issue and develop a concept designed to address it.

We translate the concept into a tangible spatial experience through experience design and brand identity design, developing it into architectural drawings and CG　visualizations before moving into construction.

For spaces ranging from approximately 165 to 660 square meters, the typical timeline from project commencement to handover is around three months.

Atsuko Tanabe

Deputy General Manager

Graduated from Musashino Art University Junior College. After working in commercial space design at NOMURA Co., Ltd., he joined Gensler, where she led projects for multinational corporate clients. She later designed research facilities, university environments, and offices for major corporations at PLANNUS before joining UNION TEC in 2023.

Haruka Hayasaka

Manager

After gaining experience in project management and design for commercial spaces—primarily in the apparel sector—at a boutique architecture and design firm, she began working on planning and design projects across a broad range of sectors in 2019, including large-scale commercial facilities, hotels, and restaurants. Building on this diverse portfolio, she joined UNION TEC in 2022.
