Mission
Greeting
President and Representative Director,
Union Tec Co., Ltd.
Yusuke Okawa
Spreading the value created by UNION TEC across the industry.
Union Tec does more than create space. We stand behind the progress of the people and organizations that need it. An office relocation, a new opening, a renewal—each brings uncertainty, responsibility, and hard decisions. Our role, therefore, is not limited to design and construction. We stay accountable for what those spaces make possible, and remain alongside our clients until the end.
I entered this industry at eighteen, and have experienced both its demands and its fulfillment. Because life is lived only once, I want this industry to be a place where people can work with greater excitement, envision greater dreams, and widen their horizons. That belief is behind UT101, our mid-term target to foster 101 business leaders.
Our ambition extends beyond the success of any one business. We envision a future in which people who take on challenges grow, new businesses emerge, and the value they create reaches across the industry. By changing the experience of creating space and rethinking the way people work, we aim to move this industry forward—and in doing so, bring more meaningful spaces into society. That is the challenge we have chosen.
