A Consultative Approach

Our space solutions go beyond simply translating client requests into design.
Instead, we look beneath those requests to uncover the underlying business challenges they represent. By making those challenges—not the design itself—the ultimate objective, we identify and create the spaces our clients truly need.

We provide complimentary support from the property search stage, helping you evaluate potential locations before any lease agreement is signed.

Once your property has been selected, we move into the planning and design phase—all provided at no additional cost.

We simulate the experiences of everyone who will use the space, including doctors, staff, and patients. By analyzing how each area should function and how people should feel within it, we design an experience that best expresses the clinic owner’s vision and concept.

Once you are satisfied with the proposed design, technical plans, and quotation, we proceed to the contract stage.
If there are any areas you would like to refine, we conduct additional consultations and revise the design accordingly before construction begins.

Based on the approved design and technical plans, we carry out the construction process with the highest standards of safety and quality.
Throughout the project, our designers oversee design integrity, while our construction management team supervises execution to ensure exceptional quality, close adherence to the schedule, and faithful realization of the approved design.

Meet the Designers Leading Our Beauty & Medical Clinic Division

Tadayuki Ito

Deputy General Manager

Graduated from the Faculty of Design at Osaka University of Arts, where he studied landscape architecture, urban planning, architecture, spatial design, and design across multiple disciplines.
He joined UNION TEC in 2015 and has led the design of numerous commercial spaces, including medical and aesthetic clinics. Today, as Deputy Head of the Beauty & Medical Clinic Division, he is responsible not only for design excellence but also for business strategy and team leadership.
His expertise lies in creating spaces that enhance both brand value and the patient experience.

Executive Creative Designer

Born in Nanjing, China, in 1989.
After graduating from Bunka Gakuen University with a degree in Interior Design in 2017, Yang joined TOFU Inc., where he served as Lead Designer. He worked on numerous five-star luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants across Asia, creating spaces that strengthened brand value through design.
After leaving TOFU in 2024, he joined UNION TEC in 2025. Today, he combines spatial design expertise with project leadership to create environments that generate lasting value for society.
